After a long hiatus from exercise, I took my first yoga class on January 17, 2017 – now celebrated as my yogaversary. Fortunately for me, the class was taught by Caroline. I now practice several times a week and have realized the benefits in mind, body, and spirit. Caroline’s classes remain my most favorite of all because of her humor, gentleness, and approachability. I am so grateful to have her as a teacher.

I wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying our online yoga classes. The roller was a little hard for me to get used to as I kept wobbling and sometimes slipped off! However, with practice, it has gotten better and better. I feel that your class really works on my core and strengthens it a lot. Also, the neck and shoulder work this week with the roller was superb! I really like the puppy dog pose with the roller, and the simple movements holding the roller above and behind my head were great. Thanks Marcia
