Practice in the comfort of your own home or chosen location at a time that is best for you.


Private Yoga sessions focus completely on your needs and goals, and for this reason, you'll gain immensely. Private Duet or Small Group Yoga sessions can be held in person or online.

Caroline currently works with a broad spectrum of people with differing interests and goals. She is also asked regularly to speak on mindfulness in the workplace, and presents guidance on how to lower anxiety and stress levels through breathwork, Yoga poses, and centering techniques.

What will I get?

Specific in-depth attention and clarification that you don’t get in a group class. Private sessions are tailored to you based on your goals and experience.

What do I need?

You will need a Yoga mat, and possibly a Yoga block and/or a Yoga strap (belts and scarves work too), comfortable clothes and the willingness to learn.

How does this work?

We’ll begin with a phone conversation to discuss your specific goals, injuries or problem areas and level of experience. At this time we’ll schedule your first appointment(s) and a location. What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancel with 24 hours’ notice, no cost; within 24 hours, full cost of session.

I'm injured. Can Caroline's classes help?

In the majority of cases yes absolutely! Of course the severity of your condition will need to be taken into account and in some instances a doctors note will be required. Caroline has a deep understanding of the body, and utilizes her skills as a Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist, and Pilates Instructor when helping those injured or in pain. If you're intending on joining a public Yoga group class, the Beginner or Basic level classes are recommended. Private Yoga Sessions are an especially effective way of learning how you can take care of yourself and progress towards recovery.
