Join Caroline and regular attendees for a special day of yoga, meditation, and connection. The yoga sessions will be a blend of therapeutic movement, practices to balance your nervous system, and meditation to help you feel positively centered.

The zen center is nestled in a lush green valley. The eucalyptus scents and the occasional chime of the meditation gong will harmonize your senses, as will a lunchtime stroll
through their organic farm to the ocean. Depending on the weather, a meditation practice will be held outside; the remaining sessions will be in Still Water, a peaceful, light, and airy yoga studio.

A fresh, organic, vegetarian lunch is included, tea will be available throughout the day.

Carpooling is encouraged, and Caroline will connect you with other participants.


 

I really enjoyed Caroline's day retreat at Green Gulch center. It was a day of both peace and delight. Caroline is an amazing yoga teacher and she created a lovely, well-organized and fun day that was super for yogis of all ages and levels of experience. Lovely. That’s the first word that comes to mind whenever I think of Caroline. Both as a person who welcomes you warmly and authentically and as a teacher who instructs carefully while demonstrating from her simple and serene home studio. On retreat she is a joy because she is able to give hands-on adjustments and constantly calibrate her teaching to the levels within the group.   • What's the difference between therapy and coaching?
    Generally speaking, coaching focuses on the present and future, whereas therapy focuses on the past and present. Coaching helps you achieve your health goals by looking at where you are today and creating action steps towards achieving your goals in the near and far future. The focus in therapy is more on healing from the past and providing tools for today. Therapy and coaching often complement one another.
  • Where are coaching sessions held?
    Coaching sessions can either be in person, over the phone or via Zoom.
  • What's the recommended number of coaching sessions?
    This depends on your circumstances and how often you have sessions. The typical amount of time is between two and six months.
  • How quickly will I see results from coaching sessions?
    Each session focuses on creating a manageable and rewarding step forward; therefore, you can expect to see results early on.
  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
    Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time, requires full payment of the coaching fee. When possible, Caroline will work with you to reschedule the session and therefore avoid the cancellation charged.
