The Practices
Join me and regular attendees for a special day of yoga, meditation, and connection. The yoga sessions will be a blend of therapeutic movement, practices to balance your nervous system, and meditation to help you feel positively centered.

The Zen Center
The Zen Center is nestled in a lush green valley. The eucalyptus scents and the occasional chime of the meditation gong will harmonize your senses, as will a lunchtime stroll through their organic farm to the ocean. Depending on the weather, a meditation practice will be held outside; the remaining sessions will be in the yurt with a wood-burning stove to keep us cozy if needed.

The Zen Center is about a 50-minute drive from San Francisco. Carpooling is encouraged for your pleasure and the environment, and I will connect you with other participants.
