Join Caroline and regular retreat attendees for a colorful week in Morocco. We'll have luxurious accommodations with attentive staff, a chef, and a hammam for our exclusive use. Our magnificent Riad has an intriguing history, and the decoration of your room may elaborate on its story. Conveniently located in the heart of the medieval old town, our splendid accommodation is a short walk to museums, the world-famous Jemma Al Fnaa square, colorful shops, markets, and so much more.

This thoughtfully planned vacation includes daily mindful movement and guided activities for your delight. We'll visit two ancient fortified towns: Ait Ben Haddou, a world heritage site that has been the backdrop to movies like Gladiator and the Game of Thrones series.

To refresh between your adventures, you may join daily classes led by Caroline, read in the courtyards, while sipping mint tea, enjoy the roof terrace with the terrific old town and sunset views, dip in the pool, or recharge in the hammam.

This elegant two-level suite offers additional space for two or three people sharing. Pay extra for two people sharing and enjoy an authentic home-from-home experience with the lower level furnished as a lounge and the upper as your bedroom. Alternatively, save money with three people sharing, with the lower level set-up with a double bed and the upper with two twin beds. Both set-ups provide a spacious and luxurious experience with a lounge area.




The Portugal Retreat 2023 with Caroline was a true delight. She cultivated a wonderful group of fellow travelers and yogis. Her thoughtfulness in planning and leading the retreat were exceptional. The accommodations were outstanding, the food was amazingly delicious and healthy, and the yoga was expertly lead with a focus on mindful movement. Ample time was provided to explore the surrounding areas or just relax at the pool.   • What's the difference between therapy and coaching?
    Generally speaking, coaching focuses on the present and future, whereas therapy focuses on the past and present. Coaching helps you achieve your health goals by looking at where you are today and creating action steps towards achieving your goals in the near and far future. The focus in therapy is more on healing from the past and providing tools for today. Therapy and coaching often complement one another.
  • Where are coaching sessions held?
    Coaching sessions can either be in person, over the phone or via Zoom.
  • What's the recommended number of coaching sessions?
    This depends on your circumstances and how often you have sessions. The typical amount of time is between two and six months.
  • How quickly will I see results from coaching sessions?
    Each session focuses on creating a manageable and rewarding step forward; therefore, you can expect to see results early on.
  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
    Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time, requires full payment of the coaching fee. When possible, Caroline will work with you to reschedule the session and therefore avoid the cancellation charged.
