Sunday Series ~ Breath Work

Over three Sunday sessions, Caroline will help you establish a daily breathing and meditation practice to naturally elevate your mood, reduce stress, anxiety, and improve sleep. This workshop series combines scientifically proven yogic techniques and vagal toning practices to calm your nervous system, increase positive emotions, and enhance physical health.
Many people unknowingly have an irregular and restricted breathing pattern, which can cause a cyclical state of stress. In this series, you'll learn several practices to balance your nervous system and become more aware of your subconscious breathing habits. You will learn how to recreate a healthy breathing rhythm, therefore naturally warding off accumulative stress.
For your convenience, sessions will be recorded so you can practice at any time. However, you'll benefit most by attending the live sessions and repeating the practices at a convenient time throughout the following week. In addition, you'll have lifetime access to the recordings. Concerning your privacy, your video image not be recorded.
