Luna Lodge, Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica
March 29 – April 4, 2020

For six magical days, we’ll bask in the beauty of the rainforest, breathe in its oxygen-dense air, and take in nature as it unfolds around. We’ll stay close to Corcovado National Park, described as one of the most bio-diverse places on earth. Our Yoga retreat eco-adventure includes a guided visit to this magnificent reserve!

We will stay at Luna Lodge, a beautiful eco-retreat center nestled in the tree canopy upon 60 acres of pristine virgin rainforest. The resort overlooks a deep river gorge and has a view to the ocean. The lodge is self-sustaining, running entirely on hydro and solar power.

Luna Lodge is passionate about preserving, protecting, and educating people about the importance of the rainforest and living sustainably.

Your week can be as adventurous or leisurely as you wish. Days will typically include two Yoga and therapeutic movement practices along with meditation held on the loftlike platform, with spectacular views of the ocean and the rainforest home of scarlet macaws, toucans, shy tapirs, slow-moving sloths, and more. You'll have plenty of time to journal, marvel at the abundance of nature and practice taking your National Geographic award-winning photo!

The Osa Peninsula has 463 species of birds and the largest population of scarlet macaws in Central America.

And there's more!

Two exhilarating jungle adventures are included in the price: the first is a day-long guided hiking tour of Corcovado National Park (an alternative is on offer) and the second, an early morning bird-watching excursion on the Lodge property.

Our lodge amenities include a swimming pool surrounded by a lush tropical garden, open-air restaurant that serves tropical fruits and spices grown on the property, and a spa that offers coconut body scrubs, massage, Reiki, and aromatherapy, among other treatments.

Accommodations are all ensuite with options to reserve a spacious thatch-roofed bungalow with private deck, a hacienda-style room or fully decked out “glamping” platform tent.

Prices include accommodation, delicious organic meals, two guided jungle adventures, twice daily yoga and meditation sessions and private charter flight between San Jose and the Osa Peninsula.

Yoga Retreat 2020
  • What's the difference between therapy and coaching?
Generally speaking, coaching focuses on the present and future, whereas therapy focuses on the past and present. Coaching helps you achieve your health goals by looking at where you are today and creating action steps towards achieving your goals in the near and far future. The focus in therapy is more on healing from the past and providing tools for today. Therapy and coaching often complement one another.
  • Where are coaching sessions held?
Coaching sessions can either be in person, over the phone or via Zoom.
  • What's the recommended number of coaching sessions?
This depends on your circumstances and how often you have sessions. The typical amount of time is between two and six months.
  • How quickly will I see results from coaching sessions?
Each session focuses on creating a manageable and rewarding step forward; therefore, you can expect to see results early on.
  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time, requires full payment of the coaching fee. When possible, Caroline will work with you to reschedule the session and therefore avoid the cancellation charged.
