Client Reviews:

'I asked Caroline to help with my physical therapy after a fall resulting in serious injuries to my neck and back. I chose her based on the recommendation of my wife who has been a regular student of Caroline's for several years. Caroline came to my house for eight one-hour private sessions. These have focused on helping me regain my balance and strength. Caroline has done me a world of good. She is professional, patient, and practical. I give her the highest possible recommendation. 'Caroline is a wonderful yoga instructor. She was recommended to my wife and I by friends who also have private lessons with her. She is a gem, kind and authentic. I was new to yoga, but she knew exactly how to approach a newbie. She first asked about my aches and pains; then, w/o letting on, she had me do a few stretches and basic poses to gauge my flexibility. From there, she’s built on that baseline over the past 9 months to help me get stronger, increase my flexibility and balance. I look forward to our lessons each week for something new. Thanks, Caroline!' Kenny Jackson

  • What's the difference between therapy and coaching?
Generally speaking, coaching focuses on the present and future, whereas therapy focuses on the past and present. Coaching helps you achieve your health goals by looking at where you are today and creating action steps towards achieving your goals in the near and far future. The focus in therapy is more on healing from the past and providing tools for today. Therapy and coaching often complement one another.
