This gentle process will improve your metabolic fire and remove impurities that build up in organs and cells. In Ayurveda, these impurities are considered toxic they inhibit your immunity, vitality, and mental and emotional well-being. Springtime is the perfect time to refresh your systems. In this nurturing week, you will experience how food is medicine, and our emotional well-being is influenced by what, how, and when we eat.
